Break time from hauling hay
Wow what a busy summer. Time flies I'm not sure where. We have had so many happenings. We went back to Utah to finish moving all of our things here. Had just a few short days to visit with old friends. Mikayden went to Denver in July to compete in the ISI world ice skating competition. She came home with two second place medals and a fifth place medal. We were also able to see Grandma Judi then she came to watch Mikayden at the competition. The kids have also been doing playdays all summer. Basically little kids rodeos. They really love it.

We have a wonderful man that has entered our world. His name is Brian Kraus. He is a Rancher and lives about 20 miles away. The kids absolutely love him. He's definitely been a great addition to our lives.

Grandpa and Grandma Weston were able to visit us over the Labor Day. Mikyle caught his first big fish with Grandpa. The kids took everybody golfing and went to watch Mikayden ice skating. We loved having them here and look forward to seeing them again.

Mikayden just started second grade with a smile and a new hair cut. Well I'm gonna post some pics and then try to write again later..

April 10 to 15

Well life was pretty mellow this week. I was sick most of the week and Soccer was snowed out on Saturday. Saturday night though we all attended Peyton Nichole's prom day view. She was beautiful as expected and excited as could be. Mikayden was happy to take a pic with her. However, little Mikyle was intimidated by her big dress. So only the big boys got their picture taken with the cinderella of the eve.

Sunday we hit the road to rapid again. Had to run some errands to the farm store, only to get suckered in by two little kids desperately pleading to give the last bunny in the cage a new home. Of course Mommy caved this time and we have one more critter at the Weston farm. The name of the bunny became the debate on the way home with Mikyle wanting Brownie, Mikayden wanting Fluffy. To Mikyle wanting Starlight, To Mikayden wanting Frostie. For it all to come down to. THEY CALL ME THUMPER!!!! Off of Bambi. I heard that phrase chanted for the last half of the drive home. But they both agree on Thumper and everyone seems happy as can be. In the morning he will make an apperance to the first grade class then hopefully settle back with a carrot for the day.

Here are a couple of pic's of Mikayden's room. It is lime green half way around then hot pink the other half of the room. She has a purple bed set to top off all the brightness. I painted the bratz on her wall. We still need to get a couple more on. But for now here she is. She dressed up a toy puppy to accent her diva room. LOL.
